Thank you for not charging for the heating inspection when you were unable to find the problem I described. I appreciate that you took my concern seriously even though the problem wasn’t readily evident at the time. We’ll bring the car back to you in January/February when the problem is more apparent. We know the car will be in good hands.



The friendly service is great! The guys greet me with a smile and are very respectful. They explain the required maintenance and repairs in a way that I can understand! I love the complimentary car wash! I even had a special “Congrats on being a grand-mother” on the next appointment window sticker! That made my day! Thank you Ben, Jamie and all the crew!

I have been really impressed on how Jamie goes out of his way to explain mechanical things. I am sure he realizes that this is an area that I know very little about.


We are a military family who have moved 13 times, and we must say that the AutoPro in Orleans, Ontario, have given us the best service, in both taking care of our vehicles, and the best customer service we have ever received from any car maintenance or dealership business in 25 years. Front personnel and mechanics are always ready to answer any questions I have, no matter how silly. Was a bit disappointed that the front mats were not cleaned as they used to be. Also, yellow reminder sticker won`t come off window and new one was just applied on top of ripped old one. All in all I’m happy I changed to AutoPro.


The staff always treat me with friendliness, helpfulness and respect. I arrived unexpectedly with a flat tire (on new tires). THey immediately looked after me and fixed everything for me in time to meet my needs for the day, recognizing I was upset. They make me feel welcome and appreciated.


I can not express how pleased I was and Jamie was great on telling me all that autopro provides. I had know idea, and being a single lady it is wonderful to know that I feel I can count on excellent and fair service. I have scheduled my other vehicle for oil change etc. Thank you so much.


The managers went out of their way to make me feel like I was important to them. Even though it was my first time, I was treated like a long-time client.


Sometimes the costs involved in recommended services can be a bit of a shock. It is good to be able to discuss whether the service is really needed and even in some cases to discuss it with another service representative to get another perspective. Orleans Autopro always discuss services in an open and honest manner with no defensiveness if the proposed services are challenged. This is a good thing!


I really appreciated the fact that they even checked for any recalls on my vehicle, which there was and the dealership never had notified us of it. I always find that service provided is excellent each and every time.


ALWAYS a pleasure dealing with BEN and Jamie. They ALWAYS take the time to explain things to a detail and beyond. Will not take ANY of my vehicles anywhere else. I am and ALWAYS will be an Orleans Autopro (very sastified) costumer.
